What We Do

Ashby Property Group sources, constructs, manages, markets, and sells real estate projects globally. Our aim is to provide fully vetted and lucrative investment opportunities for landowners and financiers alike.

We provide safe and secure opportunities for investors with little or no experience in Africa, but who are aware of the huge returns that are available in real estate on the continent.

With 25 years’ experience in property in Ghana, Ashby Property Group manage all aspects of each project, to ensure that it provides high rates of return that are no longer seen in Europe or North America.

We make investment in African real estate safe, profitable and environmentally sustainable.

Our Team

Courage Damalie

Director of Sales and Marketing
Has worked in media marketing, music, television, and entertainment for 9 years with detailed experience in advertising, and experience in generating and increasing sales. To date, he has generated well $10 million in real estate income in the UK and India.
He is passionate about developing sporting talent in Ghana, and is the owner of a football team based in Accra.
Dr Jacob Vigors

Director of Finance BA, MSc, PGE, PhD
Has managed projects with a combined total of $43 million since 2007, and has been successful in financially managing projects across three different continents, juggling legal entities, political jurisdiction, and the complex movement of finances.
A three times published author on African excellence, he has set up a charity supporting educational programmes for young people.
Ebenezer Ayerh

Director of Projects and Strategy
Has over 10 years experience of developing close relationships with decision-makers and major corporations raising over $40 million in funds. He has negotiated partnerships with landowners who are providing lucrative land to APG’s portfolio, ready for development.
He is also a champion of young people and donates much of his time to raising funds for music-focused community programmes.
